Julia Zakhari is Dialight’s Global Vice President of Marketing and ESG and is responsible for leading several key initiatives including Marketing Strategy, Corporate Communications, Marketing-focused Innovation & Digital Transformation, and all things Environmental, Social, and Governance related. Julia is also the Secretary of the Board of the Dialight Foundation, a non-profit arm of Dialight, which is dedicated to transforming the lives of people in need in Dialight’s local communities, with a focus on children and women’s causes. Julia is a people-centric leader and a champion of ESG in the sector whether that be related to more opportunities for women or decarbonizing the industrial world. Julia has over 20 years of experience in helping to build and transform purpose-driven brands and organizations. Prior to joining Dialight, she came from the Biotech and Pharmaceutical space where she helped to launch several multi-billion dollar therapeutic brands. Julia is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
