Global environmental contractor FLI International has announced the acquisition of water and wastewater treatment specialists Brightwater Engineering Ltd and Brightwater Products & Services. The deal, which also includes the subsidiary company Biobead Ltd, is set to further strengthen FLIs water sector business.
Announcing the move from the Groups Waterford, Ireland HQ, FLI Group CEO Michael Flynn said, “Brightwaters unique technologies coupled with its technical and process capabilities reinforce the FLI Groups position in providing environmental and wastewater solutions for the global market. Our customers will now have access to Brightwaters universally accepted processes which will be fully supported through our growing network of European offices.”
