Bulk Materials Handling Specialist Extends local support across Ireland and Northern Ireland
Guttridge Ltd, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bulk materials handling equipment, is continuing its programme of strengthening local support across the globe with the appointment of materials handling expert Alex Adair as the company’s representative for both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Closely following the recent opening of the Saudi office to serve the MENA region and the appointment of Roger Horner as representative for Scotland, this move reflects Guttridge’s ongoing drive to deliver excellent service and the highest levels of local expertise, wherever the company operates.
Paul Gott, Sales and Marketing Director for Guttridge, said, “We are delighted to be working with Alex. He is an established materials handling expert with a deep understanding of the needs of the Irish market. His appointment reflects our highly successful strategy of consolidating local support as the company grows. We look forward to a long and productive relationship that delivers the high levels of service prized by our customers.”
Guttridge provides a comprehensive range of materials handling equipment that includes spares for all brands of conveyor. In Ireland these systems are especially valued in the agricultural sector, both for grain and animal feed transport, and by industrial mineral processors handling products such as the renowned white limestone of County Antrim. Alex Adair combines extensive experience across these and other sectors with specialist knowledge in the particular area of belting and belt conveying and therefore brings key skills to the Guttridge team.
