ERIKS continues on the acquisition train in North America
ERIKS, one of the world’s major international industrial service providers, is continuing to grow its operation in North America. Following the recent acquisition of the Carolina Control Depot, ERIKS has now purchased the assets of the Industrial Rubber & Supply of Savannah Inc.
The company is based in Georgia and is a distributor of fabricated industrial rubber products and related services, specialising in the power generation and paper sectors. The acquisition was carried out by ERIKS through its wholly owned operating company Lewis-Goetz and Company Inc. and will play an important role, both in supporting Lewis-Goetz”s efforts to increase its expansion-joint business and in enhancing its relationship with customers in the power generation and pulp and paper industries.
