The GEMÜ 650 BioStar 2/2 way stainless steel diaphragm valve is designed according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for use in sterile or hygienic environments. It is CIP/SIP and Autoclave capable depending on the version with surface finishes down to 0.25 μm, electropolished.
The valve has an extensive range of accessories such as glowing LED switchboxes making the valve a high integrity workhorse for aseptic and hygienic applications. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available as well as an ATEX or flow control versions with 4-20mA positioners. It is also mounted on zero deadleg or multiport block bodies.
