Following a Europe-wide initiative to reveal the ‘Voice of the Customer’ through an extensive programme of questionnaires, instrumentation specialist HACH LANGE is delighted to announce that the winner of the prize draw for respondents is Simon Wright, a System Engineer at EDF Energy in Blackpool.
The questionnaire was sent to users of HACH LANGE’s flagship multi-parameter SC1000 Controller and asked for comments on the instrumentation’s ease of use and flexibility.

Simon, who wins an Apple iPad, was randomly chosen from the hundreds of European customers who entered the competition. He said: “I was delighted to discover I was the lucky winner after taking just a few minutes to complete the online questionnaire on the SC1000. I answered questions covering issues such as the controller’s sampling methods, calibration and adaptability.”
