Hima-Sella introduces 24/7 Technical Support Call Centre

Systems integration specialist Hima-Sella has introduced a dedicated 24/7 technical support call centre for clients.

By calling the support line – 0161 425 6648 – clients will be put straight through to an experienced member of the Hima-Sella support team, who can answer questions or talk customers through a range of potential areas of difficulty with their installed systems, such as an unexplained error code or an unexpected plant trip, for example.

Should a suitable engineer not be available immediately, Hima-Sella guarantees a call-back within 30 minutes.

This new technical support call centre is one of many measures being introduced by Hima-Sella to improve its service to clients. Over the next few months internal systems are to be added to, to allow the call centre to log the call history in detail and to allow highly trained engineers to access the most accurate and up to date information about the client’s system.

Mick Stevens is Technical Support Manager, Technical Support Group at Hima-Sella and comments, “ We believe this is an exciting development for Hima-Sella and for our clients. We are now on-call 24 hours a day, and seven days a week.”
