IN-USA Ozone Analyzer Helps Ensure Workplace Safety, OSHA Compliance; Reliable, Low Cost Operation with ‘Round the Clock’ Protection

Listen to this article

Measuring ambient ozone levels in the workplace to ensure workplace safety and to comply with OSHA/Fire Code is simple, reliable, and constant with the IN-2000-L2-LC Ambient/Safety Ozone Analyzer from IN-USA, Inc., a global leader in industrial instrumentation and ozone equipment.

Designed for applications in the Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and other industries, the IN-2000-L2-LC utilizes state of the art UV absorption technology to continuously measure low concentrations of ozone in the gas phase. With its advanced microprocessor based design, the Model IN-2000-L2-LC delivers highly accurate and stable readings down into the PPBv levels, and is traceable to US NIST standards. The IN-2000-L2-LC analyzer is typically installed in areas around ozone generators, contact chambers, post destruct units, and gas delivery systems to ensure workplace safety.
The IN-2000-L2-LC uses state-of-the-art UV absorption (Optics) technology; this UV absorption method of measurement is direct, highly accurate, and ozone specific, eliminating false alarms due to interferences from other gases. It offers a wide selection of measuring ranges such as 0-1, 0-10 ppm and higher (higher ranges are available on a custom basis).
Available in a robust wall mounted NEMA 4X enclosure or convenient 19-inch rack mount enclosure, the IN-2000-L2-LC is cost-efficient; it offers only a minimal cost of ownership and requires no consumables, other than a once a year changing of the UV lamp.
