Industrial Adhesives Supplier Now Offers Dedicated German, French, Italian & Spanish Language Websites

In line with its policy of continuous improvement to customer service, Huntsman Advanced Materials has released dedicated versions in German and French of its Araldite® Industrial Adhesives website, with the Italian site due to be launched later this month and Spanish by the end of the year.

The site has an enquiry-friendly structure with clear pathways to specific product data using either market sector or technology as the start point.  This enables visitors to progress rapidly from questions to answers and all ‘routes’ are enhanced by a rich content mix of illustrative, graphic and case study materials.

An interactive product selector aids technical enquiries and marketing communications material such as product brochures and data sheets are available as downloads.

There are also a number of videos available to view showing products and processes in action.

Laurent Pourcheron, Marketing Manager, Adhesives for Huntsman Advanced Materials says the website has seen incremental growth in traffic since launch in February 2015.  “With the increasing numbers of site visitors from across Europe we felt it was right to extend our reach further with the introduction of those four additional language versions.

Site visits are currently running at a rate of more than 1000 a week and over the last two quarters we have seen 3200 visits to the product selector.

This is part of our continuing drive to provide customers with the best possible service and to support our streamlined group of distributors getting the right product to the end user in rapid time.”
