Air Pumping grease systems are fully portable, dedicated grease ratio pumps for the application of thick viscous fluids, lubes and materials. The systems attach to a drum via the use of a sealed follower plate, squeezing the product out under high pressures at quick and consistent flow rates. Dispensing is metered by use of a trigger nozzle to dispense at point of use, with compatibility for grease nipples, reservoirs and other filling stations easily catered for. Standard issue barrel sizes are 250 kilo to 50 kilo barrels, but all shapes and sizes can be catered for, bespoke systems are our speciality! Each unit is available constructed in either a portable or static guise to suit your usage and needs.
