Turnkey service
Depending on machine criticality to process availability, a route plan or several route plans are made together with customer maintenance personnel. The route plan details machines to be measured, location and how to measure individual machines. At periodic intervals, decided as part of a vibration analysis service contract, a Metso specialist conducts the route-based vibration data collection for subsequent analysis at a Metso service location. The Metso Maintenance Pad also makes preliminary analysis possible in the field and, especially when vibrations show potentially immediate failure, maintenance personnel can be instantly notified.
