The Easypack Shredder effortlessly converts surplus cardboard boxes into supple mats which are perfect for protection and void fill for all types of goods in transit. The flexible mat is very effective for packing heavy items and safeguards any sharp edges and corners.

Moss Europe ship automotive and classic car parts and they used to use cardboard to fill voids in their boxes and protect the products, but it was proving to be quite expensive, so they sought out an alternative option. Ten years ago they trialled an Easypack Shredder which allowed them to save money by reusing cardboard that came in from other suppliers and was also ecofriendly.

It was the perfect solution for them and since they purchased the machine they haven”t looked back; Ian Nicholls – the Warehouse Operations Manager for Moss Europe – says that they are very happy with the machine and would recommend Easypack to anyone with a void fill need.

The box shredder trims surplus cardboard boxes of any size, and up to 12.5 mm total thickness, automatically without the need for pre-cutting. The robustly constructed machine has an easily cleaned stainless steel finish and a powerful motor provides high speed cushion production.
