In addition to their range of flanged and screwed piston valves for the base of vessels BLACKFIVE ENGINEERING LTD. are also offering a 2 inch NB Near Flush Ball Valve at very advantageous prices and delivery compared to other flush valves for the base of stainless steel process vessels.

The valves are British designed and manufactured in our works in the UK in grade 316L stainless with PTFE seals and are designed for operation up to 230°C and 10 bar (150 psig) working pressure.

The valve inlets are bolted to 3 inch NB ANSI #150 PADS which Blackfive can supply and the 60° outlets to the horizontal are Standard 2 inch NB ANSI #150 raised face flanges. Other flanges can be supplied to order.
Pneumatic actuators can also be factory fitted if required.
