Since the launch in July 2023, these exchangeable media cylinders have quickly gained a reputation for their dependable performance. Tailored to meet the pressing demand for purified water in industrial settings, these cylinders feature robust stainless-steel construction and are filled with highly regenerated media. Thanks to our dedicated in-house logistics team, they can be delivered to the site within hours. Additionally, replacements are promptly dispatched as required, maintaining a continuous supply of purified water.
The service offers a secure and efficient solution, finding applications in treating recycled process water and generic feed water. Engineered to meet stringent requirements for ultra-pure water, these cylinders play a pivotal role in crucial processes such as mechanical finishing, precision finishing, material rinsing, electroplating, and more.
In a recent project, we provided ion exchange cylinders to an aerospace metal component manufacturer with a stringent 10 MEGOHM water specification across ten units. Our team selected QSB-100 Cylinders, each capable of delivering 2 m3/h, with three units per site for duty assistance and standby capabilities. We allocated a dedicated batch of over 40 cylinders, ensuring zero cross-contamination and optimal efficiency. These sturdy 100-liter cylinders eliminate the need for on-site regeneration, minimizing downtime and alleviating concerns related to chemical handling.
