ONLINE SEAL SELECTION GUIDE FROM DUPONT PERFORMANCE ELASTOMERS NOW INCLUDES VAMAC® AND BIOFUELS RESISTANCE DATA
One of the chemical process industry’s most frequently visited online sealing materials selection guides — the Chemical Resistance Guide (CRG) — has been upgraded to include information about Vamac® ethylene acrylic elastomers and new test data on biofuels, pharmaceutical and chemical ratings. The CRG is subject to over 5,000 industry visits per month by seal specifiers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive and oil industries plus many other critical applications. An ethylene acrylic elastomer (AEM) category added to the “General Chemical Resistance Guide” from the Los Angeles Rubber Group, plus data on Vamac® AEM. Vamac® is a comprehensive family of heat and fluid resistant elastomers for flexible applications ranging from hoses, dampers and boots to seals and gaskets.
Over 150 new ratings and data entries in the Viton® fluoroelastomer section of the fluids resistance guide, including chemicals used in biofuels, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications.
