Pocket format amplifier gathers temperature measurements
HBM has expanded its espressoDAQ series of USB amplifiers with the DQ809 temperature measurement device. Up to eight thermocouples of all common types can easily be connected to enable very simple and rapidly implemented temperature measurement.
The compact, pocket-sized amplifier is supplied with voltage directly via the USB interface so that a separate power supply is not needed. This makes the DQ809, like all espressoDAQ series amplifiers, particularly suitable for applications where it is necessary to obtain reliable measured values rapidly and with very little measurement equipment.
Each of the modules is delivered with simple-to-operate software that has been specifically written for the espressoDAQ, to facilitate configuration, data acquisition and visualization. The modules are designed utilising the “Plug-and-Measure” principle ensuring that measurement results can take place very quickly and need just a few mouse clicks.
All data measured with the DQ809 amplifier can easily be exported using most current formats.
