Sophisticated and accurate belt weigher control.
Pulsar Process Measurement have developed a high specification belt weigher integrator unit. The Pulsar unit introduces the opportunity for site owners to add control, alarm functions, print and sophisticated digital communications functions without the expense, inconvenience and downtime of a complete new installation. As long as the basic structure of an existing beltweigher is sound, the Pulsar Integrator can be fitted in place of the current control unit, or installed in place of a manufacturers standard unit on new weigher installations.
Offering six relays assignable to totalisation, alarm or other control functions, plus analogue and digital outputs (Modbus/Profibus), Pulsars integrator is ideal for all belt weighing applications. A clear, backlit display for rate and total is provided, and there is a user configurable serial printer output. Five digital inputs allow a degree of remote operation, for example to trigger print or zero totalisation.
Commissioning and set-up is straightforward, and Pulsars integrator is suitable for all 1,2 and 4- load cell scales up to 4.5mV/V sensitivity.
