The new Handte Oil Expert oil mist collector from Camfil Air Pollution Control (APC) is built to operate 24/7 for greater productivity, reduced maintenance and long service life.
The Handte Oil Expert is designed to withstand the most challenging neat oil machining applications meeting even the most stringent specifications of the automotive industry. It can handle the ultra-fine particles generated when using both flood – and high-pressure coolant with filtration efficiencies up to 99.97 percent at 0.3 and larger micron particle sizes.
Key features include:
Multi-stage filtration: A first-stage coarse, washable, stainless steel mesh filter separates out large particles and swarf, followed by two stage Camfil APC CoaPack filters. These are a pre-filter and fine filter that form the heart of the Handte Oil Expert collector. These filters combine a high-efficiency separation performance with a self-cleaning capability releasing the collected oil from the filter material during operation.

Flexible modular design: The compact but sturdy modular design allows optimum installation flexibility. Four basic modules with different air flows may be combined in a large central system.
