RITTAL NEW SUPPORT ARM SYSTEM FOR COMMAND PANELS
Rittal has extended its range of accessories for command panels with the introduction of a new CP-C support arm system. Of modem design, the new support arm with a load capacity of 130kg, is ideally suited for large jib lengths. The modular arm also features a diameter of 70mm allowing for thick cables and large DVI connectors to be easily routed.
Constructed from extruded aluminium, the height of the support arm can be easily adjusted via a screw fitted into the profile. Signal lights can also be mounted to the support arm using plastic comer pieces.
Separation of energy and data cables, frequently required for EMC reasons, can be achieved using cross members made of sheet steel, which can be employed in the cable duct. All Rittal command panels, TFTs, IP panels and PCs can be adapted to support the new arm system.
If a command panel without a support arm is being fastened directly to a machine casing or integrated in a recess, a housing coupling for machine attachment or a swivel joint for machine-integrated installation can be used. Assembly is conducted above and/or below the enclosure.
