Russell Finex, worldwide leaders in fine mesh separation, will showcase their innovative range of vibratory sieves and liquid filters at PPMA. With over 75 years of experience serving customers in a variety of industries in countries all over the world, Russell Finex will be fully equipped to share their knowledge and expertise with stand visitors.
A full working model of the totally enclosed Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® will be on display with the Russell Filter Management System™, which continuously monitors and controls your liquid filter. The Blow Thru Sieve™ will also be displayed, developed to remove oversize contamination at any point within a blow line. In addition, the Mini Sifter™ will be exhibited, ideal for small batch processing.
The Compact 3in1 Sieve™ will be featured, recognised for safeguarding operator safety and maximising product quality. Additionally, the Finex Separator™ will be displayed. This machine can accurately grade or size powders on up to 4 fractions, achieving 5 separations, and will be displayed in operation with the new and improved Vibrasonic® Deblinding System, which helps to eliminate the blinding and blocking of mesh screens. Finally, a pyramid of Compact Sieves will be showcased, and will be connected to a pneumatic conveyor to demonstrate the principle of its straight-through design.
