Leading compressor manufacturer CompAir has been acquired by US firm Gardner Denver Inc, a global manufacturer of compressor and vacuum products and fluid transfer systems. The transaction, which will see the whole of the CompAir Group, including Hydrovane & Reavell, become part of Gardner Denver, is due to be completed in approximately two months’ time. The acquisition is an exciting development for the Redditch based manufacturer, which is keen to build on its reputation for high quality, innovative products and excellent customer service.
