Carrying on from their recent updates to the linear conveying sieve and rotary centrifugal sifter units, Farleygreene have now updated their already successful “SLIMLINE straight through check sieves to include new features that have been part of ongoing development by the company to all of its ranges.
They have also incorporated the upgraded SLIMLINE unit into a new sacktip / debagging station called the EASILIFT. It uses all the plus points from the existing sacktip stations with lots of extra benefits for the same cost. The existing units required an operator to lift off the hood manually to gain full access to the sieve unit, the new variant now has a flip top hood which is powered so there is no lifting required to open the unit, the hood is also designed to take a 25kg sack across its length making it easier to split and tip the sack into the sieve below. The EASILIFT can be used in conjunction with any type of conveyor, either mechanical or pneumatic and the frames are adaptable to fit into almost any situation. Within the unit is the powerful vibratory check sieving machine the Sievmaster SLIMLINE which incorporates all of the features below:
