SPP Pumps is delighted to announce its Coleford Service Centre is now certified as SKF Rebuilder of Pumps. This follows swiftly on from their Hyde Service Centre having received the same accolade in 2013.
John Morgan, Service Centre Aftermarket Business Development Manager for SPP Pumps explains, “SPP is committed to providing the best pumping solutions to its customers, and part of this commitment involves developing close relationships with its supplier network. The partnership with SKF sees SPP Pumps become the first port of call for SKF customers needing pump repairs and services within the UK.
Gerald Bennetto, SPP Pumps Coleford Service Centre Manager comments, “This is a great achievement for our Service Centre. SKF’s audit process is highly extensive, assessing both our administrative and engineering working processes, and our workshop equipment. We are thrilled to have received the accreditation.”
Mark Townsend, SKF Mechanical Service Manager adds, “The SPP team in Coleford are extremely dedicated, the quality of their engineering is impressive to see first-hand. We know our UK customers are in safe hands with SPP Pumps.”
SPP Pumps have also embarked on a highly technical training programme provided by SKF, with Microlog vibration training already carried out with the SPP Pumps team.
