WEWATCH provides permanent status monitoring of separators and decanters to diagnose machinery damage at an early stage to prevent costly maintenance and unproductive downtown. At the same time, WEWATCH continuously measures process parameters for analysis and equipment adjustment to produce increased efficiency of the whole process.
The unique, remote, WEWATCH, frequency selective, vibration monitoring system permits monitoring of specifically selected machine parts enabling detection and isolation of faulty or damaged parts at an early stage without the presence of a diagnosis expert. Subsequent remedial action can be taken immediately.
Enhanced monitoring of individual process parameters such as feed and discharge pressure, motor power consumption and product temperature means WEWATCH can also perform a complete process efficiency check with process parameters assessed by experienced Westfalia Separator specialists, around the clock.
WEWATCH is available in various configurations and is provided either as an upgrade to existing separators and decanters or for installing in a new machine.
