Specially engineered range of Hydro Multi-E pump booster sets introduced to the UK
Grundfos Pumps have introduced a newly engineered range of Hydro Multi-E booster sets to the UK market. These sets come as a preassembled package on a base plate, complete with sensors, manifolds, diaphragm tank, dry run protection, valves and fittings and have a built-in frequency converter on each pump.
The range offers many tangible benefits including increasing the speed from 2900 rpm to 3600 rpm and the introduction of energy efficient permanent magnet motors for many models. Additionally the speed controlled cascade ensures large energy savings compared to traditional booster systems.
With a compact design, sets are available as two, three and four pump systems. Complete with tried and tested Multi-E technology, they offer true multi-master functionality, pipe system protection and application flexibility as well offering the connectivity capability to all major field bus systems.
This means that the new Multi-E family will be the ideal choice for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects and with their improved efficiencies and functionalities this range is perfectly engineered to consistently deliver against expectation.
