Global specialist in process and temperature control, West Control Solutions, has appointed Jon Giardina as its new Managing Director.
In this role, Jon’s initial focus will be on new product development and quality, working with the West Control Solutions team to provide customers with the next generation of innovative and reliable temperature control instruments.
Jon joins West Control solutions from sister company Dynapar, a leading manufacturer of motion feedback control devices, which is also part of the Danaher Corporation. Jon joined Dynapar as the group Marketing Manager and progressed to Director of Sales and Marketing and North America Business Unit Manager before being promoted to Vice President/General Manager.
Prior to joining Danaher, Jon worked in Product Development at Honeywell. He was also the Automation Marketing Manager at Omron NA, and Vertical Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Electric. Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
