Grundfos is a big ‘hit’ with customers

Today there is an increasing reliance on cyber space as a vital communication tool, and this means that it is important that company’s review their web sites to ensure that they are continuing to meet the expectations of their audiences.

With this in mind and following extensive research and many hours of development, Grundfos Pumps launched a new look website last year. This hub proved its popularity by reaching 1,000,000 visits in less than a year. Following on from this, a new look local UK variation was launched in September 2011 that incorporated all the most popular features. Including easier ways to find a specific product, a quick link to a wide range of campaign specific sites, access to various training modules and information on the Grundfos approach to the environment, to name just a few of the features.

The new site has proved to be hugely popular perhaps because it offers the added benefit of including local as well as global products, all backed up by access to a wide range of materials that can be viewed, printed or ordered. We will continually develop this site to ensure we are delivering the content our diverse audience wants access to – in an interesting and interactive way.
