Ha-VIS mCon 3000

HARTING has extended the capability of its Ha-VIS mCon 3000 range of managed industrial Ethernet switches to allow the creation of convergent and manageable next-generation networks.

In addition to their comprehensive management software, the devices now feature extended temperature range and a high degree of mechanical stability, resulting in excellent reliability under the toughest industrial conditions.

As well as rapid spanning tree profile (RSTP), the new switches also offer medium redundancy protocol (MRP). By integrating the PROFINET I/O stack, these next-generation Ha-VIS mCon 3000 switches can be used as PROFINET I/O devices.

The HARTING Ha-VIS mCon 3000 is a family of fully managed Ethernet switches, enabling the connection of up to ten network devices (according to type) over twisted-pair cable and fibre-optic cable (multi- and single-mode). Incorporating integrated LEDs on each port, the range supports fast and easy network diagnosis.
