Aflex extends global reach with direct sales and technical support in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria

Aflex Hose, a division of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG), will now provide direct sales and technical support in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

The Hungary office – located in Budapest – already provides direct support to other parts of the Group. The office will take over responsibility for all Aflex sales activities in the region which means Aflex customers, will benefit from even greater levels of service, support and applications expertise.  

Aflex is a market leader in the design and manufacture of PTFE-lined flexible hose for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical process industries. The Company’s patented hose is deployed in applications all over the world and is known to outperform other PTFE and standard hose types, to the highest levels of resistance, superior flexibility and sterility.
Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, are known to have a strong biopharmaceutical sector, and is seen as key area for the Aflex brand. Commenting on the move to provide direct sales support Attila Pal, General Manager of Watson-Marlow Hungary says:
