Beamex introduces unique Temperature Calibration Trolley as part of the CENTRiCAL workshop calibration solution
Beamex has expanded its CENTRiCAL product family with a new Temperature Calibration Trolley. The unique trolley, which is designed for use with the state-of-the-art Beamex MC6-T Multifunction Temperature Calibrator and Communicator, gives calibration technicians a mobile station for temperature calibration with all of the tools required within easy reach. The trolley can also be equipped with pressure calibration capabilities by adding the new External Pressure Module for CENTRiCAL.
The Temperature Calibration Trolley carries all the necessary calibration tools with adjustable support for temperature calibrators, a heat-resistant silicon mat on the shelf, and a dedicated power socket for the calibrators.
The instrument panel is configurable with options for five different mains power supply modules, and the trolley can also be customized for specific needs. This includes the option to equip it with a vacuum pump and a pressure cylinder. This, together with the MC6-T, makes the trolley a truly multifunctional calibration station that supports both temperature and pressure calibrations.
Beamex CENTRiCAL is an ergonomic, configurable solution that provides a central place for all workshop calibrations. It is already relied upon by companies in many major industrial sectors including power, petrochemical, oil and gas, food and beverage, and metals and mining.
The CENTRiCAL product family consists of fixed-height and motorized calibration benches, calibration tabletop cases that can be used on existing worktables, and two different models of calibration trolley, including the new Temperature Calibration Trolley.
“Beamex has been providing calibration solutions for workshops for over 40 years, supporting calibration technicians and engineers to keep their process instruments accurately calibrated in workshop conditions,” says Jari Kiili, Technical Lead at Beamex. “The Temperature Calibration Trolley provides an ergonomic, mobile calibration station that puts everything within easy reach. It’s an efficient way to perform essential calibrations and is part of our complete Beamex Integrated Calibration Solution.”
