Fischbein is proud to introduce a new piece of equipment in its product range which will be of a great help to stack bags on a pallet. Thanks to this “help to palletize” unit, you will save time, spare the operators heavy physical efforts and gain efficiency.
Indeed, the “help to palletize” unit is used to pile up automatically bags of 25-50kg on a pallet at a maximum speed of 400-500 bags/hour, depending on the type of bags, the height of the pallet and the number of bags per layer.
The closed bag is introduced horizontally in the “help to palletize” unit and then lifted by an elevator. The gripper will take the bag at the top and stack it on the pallet in the right position, defined by software. The introduction of the bags can be carried out on the right or on the left, and in a frontal or side way (right or left) for the evacuation of loaded pallets. The machine has already given entire satisfaction to several of our clients who are in the sectors of animal feed, flour, fertilizers, lucerne…
