Advanced Dynamics Ltd has launched a low cost range of versatile labelling equipment that it believes will revolutionise bottle labelling and open up new markets.

Bradford-based Advanced Dynamics has signed an exclusive UK distributor contract with Pack Leader for its PRO labelling equipment and has already reported a significant amount of enquiries for the machines.

Aimed at a variety of price competitive sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, homewares and food and drink, these exceptionally accurate and robust fully-automated label applicators can be bespoke or integrated into a line for a variety of container sizes, cartons and bottle shapes, whether glass or plastic, and are extremely affordable, with prices starting from as little as £6,000.

This new addition to Advanced Dynamics” substantial offering of high-quality labelling equipment is perfect for manufacturers of any size, from start-up businesses to multi-nationals. The PRO is built to the highest standards using quality materials, such as stainless steel and anodized aluminium alloys, is user friendly and can reliably label the full range of package configurations, from the base to the top, at speeds of up to 40 metres per minute.

For high speed labelling, the PRO-516 is ideal as it features twin label reel system, memory storage of settings and easy changeover features that guarantee high output and much improved up-time, while the PRO-625 front and back system can automatically label any shaped bottle. The range also includes the inline PRO-515 wrap around labelling machine, the PL521 horizontal wrap system for medical and cosmetic vial labelling and the compact ELF table-top entry-level versions.

The PRO-625 is currently being installed at a major supplier to the cosmetics industry, and Advanced Dynamics”s joint managing director, Malcolm Little, commented that this is one of many target sectors that have shown substantial interest in the machinery.
