Looking for a Flexible Pump Solution?

Listen to this article

Flexible Impeller pumps combine the self-priming features of positive displacement pumps with the material handling flexibility not found in other pump types to deliver one of the most versatile fluid handling solutions.

The Liverani, stainless steel low speed flexible impeller pump available from The Pump Company Ltd is particularly suitable for transfering thin or viscous liquids and can handle a wide range of solids in suspension, providing low shear fluid handling and can be mounted in any orientation.

These pumps have only one moving part – the flexible impeller itself – with no metal to metal contact or gears to jam, clog or become noisy.

In general, they require less space in most applications because they deliver greater flow for weight and size and price than any other pump, in fact they are a great alternative to the Air Operated Diaphragm Pump (AODD) providing a continuous uniform flow.

With Flows up to 72 m³/h, Self priming up to 6 m, Differential Head up to 4 bar and Viscosity range up to 50,000 cP

This Stainless steel pump is available with a number of Impeller materials, seals and connections.

Liverani pumps are widely used in Food processing, Chemical industry, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical production.
