We have recently been accepted as distributors for yet another group – the PDA! The PDA is a corporate representative body for the pump distribution industry within Britain and Ireland. Its aims are to promote the most efficient and effective use of quality products from it”s members, for the benefit of the end user, whether it be for companies or individuals.
The PDA also uses a code of conduct to ensure customer satisfaction whilst upholding the high reputation of its members. The code is binding on all it”s members and a provision is made in the Association”s Constitution for investigation and arbitration in any cases of complaint against a PDA member!
