AA Robotics supplies DENSO spot cooling units

Listen to this article

MOVINCOOL the DENSO mobile spot cooling system is now available from AA Robotics, allowing users direct and immediate cooling for individual machines, processes or areas of operation and where the installation of full air conditioning is not practical.

MOVINCOOL spot cooling units allow the air to be cooled in specific areas, providing a cost effective and targeted temperature control solution. Within a few minutes temperatures can be reduced by as much as 16 degrees C. Flexible tubes, distribute the cool air effectively to the areas or processes which are too warm.

The mobility of the units means that they can be used to provide simple, rapid and cost effective solutions for cooling specific manufacturing processes or areas where electronic equipment is installed. For thermally sensitive processes spot cooling can bring dramatic reductions in cooling times. The MOVINCOOL range is also suitable for use as backup in case of failure of an air conditioning system in critical zones or just to boost an inadequate system.

The AA Robotics MOVINCOOL spot cooler range includes four different capacity, sturdily-designed units. Dependent on the application, no installation or conversion work may be necessary. The units are simply wheeled on their castors to the area required, plugged in to the electricity supply and the cooling process starts immediately.  Within minutes people, machines and processes start to feel the effect.  Use of spot cooling can help reduce the risk of heat exhaustion and thereby increase employee morale which in turn leads to improved manufacturing quality and productivity
