Business improvement firm Oliver Wight has released a series of videos highlighting the challenges that can be overcome by implementing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply Chain Optimisation and the substantial benefits that come as a result.

Featuring inspiring customer case studies and expert advice from Oliver Wight Associates, the videos provide an insight into the practical application of the Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Optimisation processes pioneered by Oliver Wight. The five videos, which complement the company”s white paper and educational workshop portfolios, are titled:
