UniTrak Powderflight has developed an updated version of its sanitary-design TipTrak. The design incorporates features enabling the equipment to be cleaned in place without disassembly or dismantling.

This new design TipTrak is based on our open tubular construction model, with the added feature of sealed bolt sleeves (where the sections bolt together) to prevent the possibility of water entering inside of the structural tubing. Wash down duty motors from SEW are standard, along with waterproof bearings with housings that are designed for maximum cleanability.
Personnel guards can be fabricated from polycarbonate sheet or expanded stainless steel mesh. Options include microbial inhibiting buckets, motor drip pans, bucket knockers (mechanical device that hits the back of the bucket at the discharge point to dislodge any sticky product), telescoping support legs that are field welded on site, and customised infeed transitions and discharge chutes to ensure smooth transitions from process to process. www.unitrak.co.uk
