Fully designed and project managed by Reyam Limited in-house experts, the new rotary Bridge Breaker is a fully ATEX-compliant with built in fluidisation which helps to break up and dislodge any compact or interlocked material, attached to the silo wall.

This innovative Bridge Breaker also known as a bin discharger fits to a range of silos, bins and hoppers. This product is easily retrofittable to existing plant equipment and it eliminates manual Intervention. It provides consistent and constant flow of all materials for accuracy and illuminates blockage of materials. Key features include a rotating discharge with built in fluidisation; a supplementary aeration which will break up and dislodge any compact or interlocked materials; and a mounted on blade, easy for assembling, dissembling and daily cleaning (CIP) – thereby improving safety eliminating dust and the consequent risk of explosion.

Indeed, safety is a key advantage of Bridge Breaker. It meets all DSEAR and ATEX 137 regulations for fire and explosion prevention in the workplace. Reyam’s service includes the provision of a hazard and operability (HAZOP) file, identifying risks and solutions.
