Alyce has worked with Alfa Laval for nearly a decade in various brewery industry roles, overseeing the implementation of commercial-scale trials and full cellar installations. A beer and brewery aficionado, she works closely with brewers to optimise and commission process systems. She has played a key role in developing and promoting brewery applications for rotary jet mixing. Alyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
