Dave Tomlin has been with Hitex (UK) Ltd for 20 years. Although he originally joined the company as the IT Manager, he re-focussed as an Automation Specialist nearly 10 years ago. As a result of this change, he became a certified PROFIBUS Engineer and Installer. He is also experienced with PROFINET-based technologies. When he is not helping customers to keep their networks running smoothly, either on-site or remotely, he is usually found outdoors somewhere, or more specifically, sailing with the Sea Scouts, which he is a leader for.
