Ulrich Rolle, Head of Product Development Hygienic Processing at GEA A trained dairy technician, Ulrich had been spending 17 years in the dairy product development for milk products, before he joined GEA in 2011 to lead GEA’s Test Center for Aseptic Processing and Packaging in Ahaus, Germany. There he spends a lot of time with customers perfecting production processes for their sensitive foods and beverages to optimize safety and efficiency – as well as taste and consistency. Among his obsessions: developing industrial solutions capable of reproducing the quality of grandma’s recipes.
