Easypack are going to be exclusively unveiling the brand new ‘Packmate Online’ paper packaging system at exhibitions throughout Europe in September and October 2012

The PPMA (stand E6) and Packaging Innovations (stand J7) shows are just around the corner and Easypack are extremely excited to announce that we will exclusively reveal our brand new paper packaging system the “Packmate Online” on our stands!

The system incorporates over 20 years of engineering experience and industry knowledge. Our design team set out to address the key problems that are faced by packaging and logistics set ups and we believe that we have found the solution.

Compact – The Packmate Online has the ability to integrate into packaging set-ups where other systems were restricted due to space and its mobile frame mean that it can be moved to suit the packer”s location and requirements.

Innovative– It boasts a dual mode switch to easily change the operating settings to the optimum for either one or two operatives.

Void fill and protection in one – It is often the case that systems offer either void fill or cushion packaging, but the Packmate Online offers both. The cushion packs produced by the system will hold products in place and used strategically, there is no need to completely fill the void thanks to their sturdy nature.

Cost savings – One roll of paper can produce up to 1 cubic meter of void fill paper packaging, enabling you to vastly reduce the amount of “raw” material you purchase and therefore your overall costs.
