Air Pumping has developed a number of systems for customers as and when problems have arisen, or solutions were needed. The Viper TX200 is just one of those.. variable pressure testing on a portable rig. The unit sports many features including fast fill water facilities and provides easy, quick and efficient pressurisation of any hose or pipeline, ideal for systems using ATEX 94/9/C approved high pressure pumps or self certification schedules.

The system consists of multiple pumps used independantly to allow rapid pressurisation of the subject up to a (standard) fill pressure of 93.1bar (1350psi). All systems are however upgradeable so should you wish to certify to a higher degree, then we still have an exceptionally simple and greatly portable solution for you. All units come mounted on a trolley which gives immediate access anywhere on site. Gauges, air filter regulators, discharge hoses, fittings and couplings all come standard & all units come ATEX certified and are intrinsically safe – right down to the non-static / non-spark wheels!
