Fulton Confirms Appointment of Leigh Bryan as Managing Director
Heat transfer specialist Fulton Limited has confirmed that Leigh Bryan has assumed the role of Managing Director with immediate effect, marking the next phase in the company’s leadership transition and reinforcing its commitment to innovation and operational excellence within the UK heat transfer sector.
Leigh originally joined Fulton in 2017 and now steps into the Managing Director position as the company continues to strengthen its focus on innovation, operational excellence and long-term growth across both the UK and international heat transfer markets.
The appointment comes as Fulton continues to support customers across a range of industrial sectors with advanced steam and hot water solutions designed to improve efficiency, sustainability and operational performance.

Fulton’s leadership transition will also see Jenny Hammond retain her role as Director of Operations, continuing to oversee day-to-day operational performance across the UK business. Meanwhile, Carl Knight has stepped down as UK Director and will remain with the company until his retirement on 15 July 2026.

The company said the latest appointment provides continuity in leadership whilst supporting its wider ambitions for sustainable growth and ongoing investment in advanced steam and heat transfer solutions.
Fulton added that the transition further strengthens the company’s long-term strategy to deliver energy-efficient heating systems and reliable industrial heat transfer technology for customers operating across demanding manufacturing and industrial environments.
