Hailed as the biggest leap in micronizing technology – the DEC MicroJet 10 laboratory unit is for nano quantities of product for R&D purposes. It is part of a new series of DEC Microjet Jet Mills which can produce quantities from R&D scale to large scale production – The new series of micronisers is to be launched over the coming year
Dec Group, by its acquisition of the Jetpharma micronizing and containment equipment portfolio back in 2008, already successfully markets the MC Jetpharma micronizing range. The new generation DEC MicroJet series has been further developed with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, which enabled identification of “dead areas” where powder building up can occur and energy is wasted. Single Pass Technology, already developed on Dec’s Jetpharma range, has been considerably improved to achieve the desired particle size distribution thus enhancing productivity and reducing waste. By this new technology, Dec contributes to a sustainable solution allowing for prolonged equipment life time and improved cleanability.
