Automated packing systems and palletiser manufacturer Brillopak is to launch two specialist end of line machines for the food industry at this year’s PPMA Show.

The new Brillopak Compact C111 robotic pick and place and Compact C211 palletiser combine an extremely small footprint with high speeds and fast changeovers to offer flexible packing solutions for all types of fresh, chilled and frozen products.

The new C111is designed to place loose and packed items into crates, cases and all types of containers. The C211 can place crates, cases and bags onto pallets of any size.

Both machines have been specifically designed with the smallest overall dimensions, making them ideal for factories where space is at premium, while their modular design also enables them to integrate easily with existing equipment and allows easy upgrades.

Their ease of use and fast changeovers offer the flexibility to deal with both short and long runs and to handle a variety of different products. The machines are constructed with minimal moving parts to ensure excellent reliability for round-the-clock operation. A hygienic design with rounded edges and easy access allows fast and effective wash down.

A variety of options, including auto bar code detection, vision systems, crate de-stackers and box and tray erectors and sealers, can be specified to tailor the machines to specific customer requirements.
