The installation by seepex of a complete conveying system of 18 seepex progressive cavity pumps has rid a British cosmetic manufacturer of unsatisfactory dosing problems and cut costs.

For this British manufacturer of household items such as shampoos and detergents, various ingredients are mixed together to precise formulas in a mixing system to form the individual finished products. Pumps transport the ingredients to the mixing system. Within this framework it is crucial that the viscous ingredients are transported with constant pressure and low pulsation to ensure precise dosing and consistent finished product.
