Pfaudler Select Verdermag Global For Major Chinese Contract

Pfaudler, a leading global manufacturer of glassed steel Reactor systems, has chosen Verdermag Global for its latest challenging project in China. Pfaudler offers a range of innovative single fluid systems for heating and cooling applications as well as repeatable temperature controls for optimal performance, and in its latest project needed an all encompassing pump solution partner that could devise the best solution for the job.

Verdermag Global was chosen because it could offer a centrifugal pump with the capability to operate across the broad spectrum of fluid temperatures needed during the heating and cooling cycles. The Verdermag Global range of metallic centrifugal pumps of magnetically driven centrifugal pumps offered the ideal solution for these requirements.

Pfaudler required a total of nine pumps for this project, all of which needed to be suitable for use with 50% Ethylene Glycol over an operating temperature range of -29/150oC. Verder proposed pumps from their Style 1 range of magnetically driven pumps because they offer the customer high quality cast casings and impellers that optimize hydraulic performance. They also have a single bearing design for increased reliability.
