DAB Pumps launched the EVOPLUS LITE, the cutting-edge wet rotor electronic circulator, to deliver greater efficiency, reliability and comfort to domestic and commercial heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems. Built on plug-and-play installation principles, its power supply fastconnect with superseal technology renders the wiring quick, simple, and trouble-free and reduces on-site installation time.
Ideal for big apartment complexes, residential complexes, offices, schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings, the EVOPLUS LITE delivers adaptive, high-efficiency performance while maintaining energy consumption and operating expenses at a minimum. Its sensorless motor control and advanced 32-bit processor adjust performance in real time to reduce energy consumption where it's not required.
Smart Performance for Heating and Cooling
The EVOPLUS LITE supports both heating and cooling systems without any limitations. It adjusts to varying demand automatically, preventing loss of energy in heating systems but providing stable performance in air-conditioning systems despite condensation on the pump casing.
For recirculation in Domestic Hot Water, the SAN model of EVOPLUS LITE features a bronze casing pump and operates at constant temperature mode, circulating hot water economically without the use of thermostatic valves.
Three Control Modes for Optimum Efficiency
For optimum efficiency, the EVOPLUS LITE features three modes of control to meet different needs of a system:
Proportional Differential Pressure Mode – Head pressure automatically varies with system demand for optimum efficiency.
Constant Differential Pressure Mode – Regular system pressure for improved overall balance and performance.
Constant Curve Mode – Constant-speed mode for constant-flow heating and cooling systems.
EVOPLUS LITE has a simple design for easy installation and durable performance. Installation is easy with its plug-and-play system, and the motor head also rotates three times, giving it greater mobility in confined spaces.
To help extend its life, an automatic Sleep Mode comes into effect every 25 hours to prevent limescale buildup, ensuring long-term reliability.

Constructed with cast iron hydraulics, an aluminium motor casing, and honed internal surfaces, the EVOPLUS LITE offers a robust and long-lasting construction while maximizing energy efficiency. Optional insulation shells reduce heat loss and condensation, maximizing thermal performance in heating and cooling applications.

Having an optimum flow rate of 12.5 m³/h, a head of 12 meters, and incredibly quiet operation at a mere 33 dB(A), the EVOPLUS LITE is ideally suited for noise-sensitive environments such as hospitals, care homes, and residential apartments.
