Heat Shield™ High Heat is a powerful 1-part water-based thermal insulation coating (TIC) that provides effective insulation and corrosion prevention in a single product for a wide variety of industrial thermal insulation applications

This patented, nano-engineered product was designed to withstand harsh industrial and outdoor environments and provide an economical spray-on application with no exterior jacketing needed.

The coating has the ability to quickly reduce hot surface temperatures to a safe touch range and eliminate the multibillion dollar issue of corrosion under insulation, CUI, all in a thin film, space saving application.

Heat Shield™ High Heat is manufactured by Synavax™, a leader in global nanoscience solutions. The coating can be used for applications where a smooth finish is needed over industrial ovens, steam pipes and valves, brewing tanks, industrial furnaces, heat exchangers, marine vessel fuel systems, and more. It can be used on surfaces up to 400F/204C.

It is easily applied with a standard paint sprayer, even while equipment is in service, and is water-based, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and low voc. Typical reported industrial energy savings are 10%-25% or more, with payback in 6-18 months. Appearance is clear (under 170F) or opaque (over 170F), with a smooth, washable finish.
